1. Structural Design for High-Viscosity Slurry Mixing

This barrel adopts a dual-layer composite structure:

  • Outer Shell: 304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent strength and oxidation resistance.
  • Inner Liner: Optional ZT615 nickel-chromium alloy or WR13 high-chromium iron-based alloy, providing an optimal balance between wear resistance and chemical stability.

This configuration effectively resists both the abrasive conductive materials and corrosive binder-solvent systems used in lithium battery slurry.
